History Of Firm
The firm was established by Mr Jayesh A Kakkad as a proprietary concern on 21 st June, 2013 at Rajkot. Thereafter, Mrs. Janki B Vasoya joined this firm in Rajkot as partners on 12 th December, 2019. This led to the conversion of proprietary concern “J A Kakkad & co” into partnership firm. The firm gained its strength and expanded its horizons when young and senior hardworking professionals joined the firm as partners.

Mr Jayesh A Kakkad, a young Chartered Accountant, founded firm on 21 st June, 213, in the heart of city of Rajkot in the name & style of ‘J A Kakkad & Co’. The aim was to provide highest quality service in the fields of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Business Advisory.
With the time, firm has grown steadily and helped many business enterprises in the complex task of Accounting and Taxation. With the experience, the firm has also added some new services like Project
Financing and Investment Advisory. The firm now has two partners, with Head office at Rajkot.

India in 28 th February, 2013. He started his practice as a Chartered Accountant from 21 st
June,2013, under the name and style of ”M/s J A Kakkad & Co”
He has a rich experience in the fields of Accounting system implementation, Direct Taxation,
company matter, good command over TDS & GST, Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Project
Finance and Bank Audits.
He is the founder partner of the firm and in that capacity looks after the entire range of practice.
He has completed his articleship training from leading CA firms M/s. Finava & Associates & M/s
Sanjay B Shah & Co at Rajkot, wherein he has earned his stripes in the fields of Auditing and
Taxation.
JANKI B. VASOYA A.C.A., B.COM.
India in 12 th September, 2019. She is a young and energetic professional.
She joined M/s J A Kakkad & Co from 12 th December, 2019 as Partner.
She has vast experience in the fields of Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, GST Audit, Project
Finance and Bank Audits.
She has joined the firm with a mission of further modernizing the operations, making the best
use of technology and strengthening the service to surpass the existing benchmark of quality in
the global organizations.
